Yeungnam University 2026 Agentic AI Autonomous Driving Competition (Gyeongju Camp)
AICASTLE operated Yeungnam University’s RISE-MEGA “2026 Agentic AI Autonomous Driving Competition” program. Held in August as a residential camp at The-K Hotel Gyeongju, the program brought together some 30 students in 8 teams, who progressed through training and practice runs to a final competition featuring Agentic AI-based autonomous driving missions.
What sets this competition apart is its theme: moving beyond simple lap racing to Agentic AI — AI agents that assess situations and make driving decisions on their own. During the camp, students refined their autonomous driving systems through intensive training, team-based model development, and repeated practice runs.
This is the second Yeungnam University program operated by AICASTLE, following the 2025 reinforcement learning competition — a continuing contribution to nurturing AI and autonomous driving talent at regional universities.
