Inha University Capstone Mini Competition & 2026 Incheon Teacher Training
On July 16, AICASTLE operated the mini competition for the capstone design program (a credit-exchange course across Inha University, Incheon National University, and Yonsei University) organized by Inha University’s Future Vehicle Consortium. Six teams competed with autonomous scale cars on a track featuring missions such as traffic lights, obstacles, and parking, with rankings determined by an automatic segment-timing system.
On July 22–23, AICASTLE then delivered the 2026 Incheon Teacher Training. Using PHYSICAR SIM (physicar.ai), teachers from the Incheon region learned core concepts — the taxonomy of AI, machine learning and reinforcement learning, LLMs and agents — and worked through hands-on autonomous driving projects including navigation, object following, and racing.
By combining a student competition with an AI capability-building program for teachers, the program extended AICASTLE’s AI education partnership across the whole education field.
