ROS2 Autonomous Robot Control Expert Training & Physical AI Project at KNUT

AICASTLE operated the “ROS2-based Autonomous Robot Control Expert Training and Physical AI Project” program at Korea National University of Transportation, held over three days on May 10, 16, and 17.

The curriculum progressed step by step from ROS2 basics and simulation-based practice to agent robot systems and autonomous driving robot systems built with ROS2. The entire program ran on PHYSICAR AI, AICASTLE’s self-developed platform, using both simulation (SIM) and real-vehicle (REAL) environments — allowing students to instantly validate code written in a cloud-based development environment on real robot vehicles.

Students who completed the course received certificates. Following the 2025 DeepRacer reinforcement learning program, this marks the second collaboration with KNUT, continuing the education partnership for nurturing hands-on physical AI talent.
