DeepRacer Education (Chuncheon AI Convergence Education)

As part of the AI Convergence Education hosted by Chuncheon City and organized by the Gangwon Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency, AWS DeepRacer education was conducted for four days from August 11 to 14, 2025. The program targeted local residents and students interested in autonomous driving and artificial intelligence, covering everything from the fundamentals of reinforcement learning to real-world driving.

Participants learned the concepts of reinforcement learning and reward function design, and trained autonomous driving models directly on the cloud simulator. They then deployed their trained models to real vehicles and took on the track, experiencing the entire process of an AI model learning and driving.
